This auction features MAXIMUM BIDDING. When you place your MAX BID, the current bid price does not automatically go to your max bid. Someone else has to bid to increase the current price and the computer will automatically bid up to your max in the increments specified. If someone has already entered a MAX BID item you are bidding on, the system will automatically bid for you until you are the current high Bidder or you reach your MAX BID. If you have reached your MAX BID and are still not the current high Bidder, the system will give you the opportunity to enter another MAX BID. You may request out bid notices when registering for your online bidding account. You can choose to have them sent to your email, cell phone via text message or both. If you are not able to be around a computer/mobile device during the closing of the auction or receive and/or read your outbid notices, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND you enter your MAX BID when bidding. Your MAX BID would be considered the maximum amount you are willing to pay for your item. Please remember, you can always raise your max bid, but you CANNOT lower it. Be aware of this while bidding.

$10,000.00 Down Day Of Auction. Remaining Balance Due Within 30 Days Or Upon Closing. Earnest Money Deposit Is Non-Refundable, If You Cannot Close By Scheduled Closing Date. A 4% Buyer’s Fee Is Applied To Final Bid.

Contract Signing: At the close of the auction, successful bidders will be emailed the contract to execute and return to Atterberry Auction & Realty Co.  Successful bidders will deposit $10,000.00 in the form of personal check, cashier's check or bank wire transfer with Monarch Title Co in Columbia, MO within 24 hours of receipt of the contract. The entirety of the remaining balance is due at closing within 30 days, terms & conditions as stipulated in the “Contract for Sale of Real Property”.  Purchaser shall be responsible for all wire transfer fees.

Realtor Participation Welcomed. Realtors and their clients must fill out buyer / broker registration form 48 hours in advance of auction ending. This is NOT required for persons bidding without realtor representation.
