With this option, all lots will close simultaneously. A few benefits to this style of auction - Buyer has the CHOICE to switch to any lot in the offering if he is outbid on his current choice; buyer does not have to deal with the "seller's order" of sale because all lots are offered and bid on simultaneously; and the buyer has true choices and more time to make decisions. 
 
 
Extended Bidding means that the auction is not declared closed until there have been five minutes of inactivity on this sale. If there is any bidding during the inactivity period, the auction is extended for five minutes until there is no bidding on all lots for a five minute period. You can always check the time remaining information that appears next to each lot! For this sale, the extended bidding period is 5 minutes. 
 
 
**Example 1: Auction closes at 12:30 PM. There is no bidding from 12:25 PM to 12:30 PM. All lots are declared closed and the sale ends at 12:30 PM. 
**Example 2: Auction closes at 12:30 PM. There is a bid placed at 12:27 PM. Auction is extended by 5 minutes. No more bidding occurs. All lots are declared closed and the sale ends at 12:32 PM. 
**Example 3: Auction closes at 12:30 PM. There is a bid placed at 12:27 PM. Auction is extended by 5 minutes until 12:32 PM. Another bid is placed at 12:30 PM. No more bids are placed. All lots are declared closed and the sale ends at 12:37 PM.

1h MAXIMUM BIDDING - This auction features MAXIMUM BIDDING. When you place your MAX BID, the current bid price does not automatically go to your max bid. Someone else has to bid to increase the current price and the computer will automatically bid up to your max in the increments specified. If someone has already entered a MAX BID item you are bidding on, the system will automatically bid for you until you are the current high Bidder or you reach your MAX BID. If you have reached your MAX BID and are still not the current high Bidder, the system will give you the opportunity to enter another MAX BID.
